What Clients Are Saying About Irene…
"I was very pleased with all aspects of the service from Live Urban Real Estate. My broker Irene Glazer was thorough, friendly and very knowledgable. I was at ease through the whole process, and I look forward to using LIVE and Irene in the future,"
"Irene sold our church's parsonage. It was not an easy sell as the property had renters who weren't fully cooperative, it hadn't been updated in decades, and Irene had to work with a committee at the church to make decisions. Yet she was able to select a competitive asking price and sell it for that price in a short period of time. She made difficult negotiations, gave excellent advice, and was prompt with her communication. If I ever need to sell my own home, or buy one, Irene Glazer is who I would choose."
"I relocated to Denver in 2010 from the east coast with no prior knowledge of the area. I really had no idea what I wanted, just what I didn't. From that point Irene was very patient and helpful in providing me with many options in the market. Based on my feedback, Irene did a great job tailoring the search down to the type of properties I was interested in...unlike so many other agents who try to sell you what they want you to buy. Thanks Irene!"

Q&A With Irene…
Where do you LIVE?
In my kitchen. Not that I’m trying to pretend to be a gourmet chef or anything like that, it’s just that Food = Family and Friends, and that is where my life happens.
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Always had an interest for, and love of, human behavior and when it comes to the biggest purchase of people’s lives, it’s..well...far from boring. Also, a loving HOME is so very important to me, and finding people their special place that suits them, and betters their quality of life is extremely rewarding.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
Love places where the food is local, fresh, and a bike ride away... Duo, Mercantile, RootDown, Squeeky Bean, to name a few. Then there's the local staples for late-night-bad-for-you-grub...Pete’s Kitchen on Colfax. La Loma for Mexican. AND Sushi Bay on Tennyson is the best Sushi in town.
