Hampden, along with adjacent Hampden South and Southmoor Park, sits along the most southern boundary of the city of Denver. Largely built in the '60s and '70s, these suburban-like hamlets are bounded by Yale Ave, Havana Street, I-225 & just west of I-25. Sprawling ranch homes on large lots sit along pretty winding streets. Hampden Avenue serves as the area's business district, with a huge variety of retail, entertainment & eateries. Bible Park is the epicenter of outdoor recreation in the area.
